TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Definitions
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: "The Company" means Sue Pryke Limited. "Customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer. "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.

We are Sue Pryke Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 14052218 whose registered address is at 15a Mill Lane Enderby, Leicester, Leicestershire, United Kingdom, LE19 4NW.

If we have to contact you we will do so by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
Payment
Payments will be taken at the time of ordering and no goods will be supplied without payment.
Sue Pryke Limited encrypts all your card information used for payment via Stripe and PayPal. No unauthorised persons will be able to view your card number or other information during the transaction. We do not store credit card details or share Customer details with 3rd parties.
Product Variation
Products may vary slightly from the pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.
Delivery
We are able to deliver across the UK and internationally. Your purchases will be carefully wrapped and packaged using recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible. You can see our full Delivery terms here.
Returns
With the exception of made to order items, all products have a 30 day return period from the date received by the Customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and it remains in an unused condition, simply contact us within 7 days and to organise a return the goods. Returns are at the customer's cost. Only after the returned items have been received and approved as being in their original packaging and condition will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the Customer, excluding any shipping costs.
Claims & Complaints
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Customers have 30 days to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, for a full refund. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the product must be communicated in writing to Sue Pryke Limited within this 30 day period. Afterwards items may be returned for exchange, or if agreed, reimbursement. The right to complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, bad maintenance, violence or unauthorised operations.
Liability
If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered or are defective, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, Sue Pryke Limited shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstances shall the liability of Sue Pryke Limited to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
