Delivery and Returns

We are able to deliver across the UK and internationally and offer a simple delivery service. Your purchases will be carefully wrapped and packaged using recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible.

Standard UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is charged by the weight of your order:

Under 500gm £4,20

500gm to 1kg £6.50

1kg to 3kg £8.95

3kg to 5kg £15.00

5kg -8kg £25.00

8kg and over £40.00

Items are sent via a Royal Mail Signed For service and also with a courier on a next day service for larger items. Once dispatched, delivery is usually between 2-5 days.

Delivery to rest of europe

Unfortunately, with recent safety regulations coming into force in Europe, GSPR, I’m halting services across Europe until I can find a way to deliver at an affordable rate.

Delivery to REST OF WORLD

International delivery costs will depend on the weight of the ceramics purchased, with delivery starting from £35. The delivery charge will be presented at checkout depending on the items in your basket. Import duties may be charged and will need to be settled by the customer. Unfortunately, owing to recent changes in customs charges and tariffs I am unable to accept returns from International orders.

dispatch & Availability

All goods on our website are made by hand and sometimes there may be a short wait until more products can be made.

Providing your items are in stock we will aim  to dispatch your order to you within 5 working days,

If items are out of stock we will aim to ship them within 14 days.

SALE and PROMO events: Items could take 7-10 days to post out according to volume of orders, I will try to send out within the usual 5 days, so please bear with me.   No returns on discounted items as these are end of line items or seconds, hence the purpose of the sale.  

Voucher codes: Please note that with Voucher and Discount codes, only one code can be used by the same customer at once.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us sue@suepryke.com and let me know that you would like a refund and we will help you with the return. Please let me know within 7 days that you would like a refund or if the goods are damaged or faulty. Larger orders may incur a restocking fee of 20%. Unfortunately, with recent changes in customs charges and tariffs I am unable to accept returns from International orders.

Please note that Sale items and items from Seconds Sales cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returning unwanted products to us, nor refund the initial delivery cost. Please also ask for proof of posting when returning items to us for your records.

We will process any refund due to you within 30 days of the day we receive your cancellation. We will aim to make refunds using the same method used by you to pay for your purchase.
